Current Opportunity:
At Isele Magazine, our internship is a 6-month-long, unpaid program which offers interns the opportunity to work directly with our editors in preparing our publications. This opportunity is hands-on, and all interns experience the entire breadth of publishing operations within a literary magazine, including copyediting, general administrative duties, social media management, reviewing submissions, providing feedback, and publishing our bi-monthly and quarterly issues.
Qualifications:
In addition to being passionate about prose and poetry, applicants must have strong proofreading skills and must be comfortable working alone or collaborating with our editors. Applicants must also have stable internet and access to a computer.
Duration:
This schedule of our internships will run from June to December. Interns work the equivalent of 3-4 hours per week.
